Air Cooler / Indoor Evaporator for Cold Storage Room

Air cooler / evaporator is an indoor cooling equipment for cold storage room. It has the advantages of compact mechanism, light weight, no occupation of the use area of the cold storage, uniform storage temperature, and high efficiency. The air cooler can be divided into 3:  ceiling mounted type, double air type, ground mounted type. 

The refrigerating capacity of the air cooler is different under different working conditions. The refrigerating capacity is related to the temperature difference of inlet air, the type of refrigerant and the air humidity in the cold storage.

Advantages of air cooler:

• The sheet metal parts of the cooling fan products are all made by hydraulic or one-time hydraulic punching with a punch, with beautiful appearance and strong product structure.

• There are three kinds of sheet metal parts: embossed aluminum plate, plastic sprayed plate and stainless steel plate, which users can choose according to their needs.

• The U-shaped tubular electric heating pipe with strong insulation is used. The electric heating pipe is inserted into the coil, which has short defrosting time and good effect. At the same time, water defrosting and hot fluorine defrosting can be selected as required.

• the coil is made of thick copper tube, which improves the service life. The aluminum sheet is made of high-efficiency aluminum sheet, which is closely contacted with the copper tube through tube expansion, and the improvement of heat transfer effect reaches the extreme.

• high efficiency fan is adopted, with large air volume, long range, low noise, low power consumption, long service life and high reliability.

• before leaving the factory, all products have been treated with pressure maintaining and nitrogen filling.
