Brine Cooling Block Ice Machine


The block ice machine is one of the ice making machines. The ice block is the largest size in the ice products. It has small contact area with the outside world and is not easy to melt. It can be crushed into various forms of ice according to different requirements. It is suitable for ice sculpture, ice storage, sea transportation, sea fishing, etc. After crushing, it can be used in all places where ice is used. However, after crushing, some of the ice will melt and the ice will be consumed.

Salt water is used as the medium of heat exchange in salt water indirect ice maker. The water in the ice bucket is frozen into ice by decreasing the temperature of the brine, and the size of the ice block is adjusted according to the size of the ice bucket. In de icing mode, the ice bucket needs to be hoisted by the crane, put into the ice melting pool, the ice surface melts, and the ice is poured out through the ice pouring rack.


The salt water type ice maker needs to make concrete salt pool according to the output and design scheme.


At the beginning of ice making, add water to all the ice making buckets, put them into the brine pool, and press the start button to start the refrigeration unit. The salt water mixer circulates the salt water in the salt pool and exchanges heat with the refrigerant inside the titanium coil evaporator to reduce the temperature of the salt water. The circulating low-temperature salt water exchanges heat with the water inside the ice making barrel to reduce the water temperature in the ice making barrel below the freezing point. After a certain ice making time, all the water inside the ice making barrel forms ice. During ice melting, the lifting device is used to lift a row of ice buckets in the brine tank and put them into the ice melting tank. There is circulating warm water in the ice melting pool. When the temperature of the ice making barrel rises in the ice melting pool, the ice surface inside the ice making barrel melts and is separated from the inner wall of the ice making barrel. At this time, use the lifting device to place the ice making barrel on the ice pouring rack, fix it, rotate the ice pouring rack, make the outlet of the ice making barrel face down, and pour the ice out of the ice making barrel. After straightening the ice bucket, use the water adding mechanism on the water tank to add water to the specified water level, and then use the lifting device to put the ice warehouse back to the original position of the salt pool, and then lift another row of ice buckets to cycle the operation of melting ice, pouring ice and adding water.
