Production Description:

Hydro Cooler as a pre-cooling machine uses the refrigeration system to make ice water from room temperature water, and uses a large-flow water pump and a water distribution tank to pour the ice water evenly from top to bottom on the product. Make the ice water to fully heat exchange with the product. The water heated by the heat transfer is refrigerated by the refrigeration system and then circulated to cool the product again.

After about 30 minutes, the product temperature will quickly cool from room temperature to 4~6 degrees. The system is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a water storage tank, a water distribution system and pipelines. The hydro cooler is widely used for rapid cooling of broccoli, carrots and melons. The specific processing capacity is large, the efficiency is high, and the temperature is uniformly cooled.
